1. Multi-species genomes polymerization, chromosomes shuffling and genome extraction path to the formation of new species. (多物种基因组聚合、染色体改组和基因组提取路径形成新物种)
2. Isolation, cloning and characterization of white clover genesTrHSFB2, TrOXI1 and TrIAA27. (白三叶草TrHSFB2、TrOXI1和TrIAA27基因的分离、克隆和鉴定)
报告人简介：
Muhammad Zafar Iqbal mainly engaged instudying the synthesis, evolution and utilization of allopolyploid species for broadening germplasm resources, formation of new polyploid species and improving old species using maize and its wild relative as a model.In a second project of exploring molecular mechanism of abiotic stresses responses in white clover, he isolated, cloned and functionally characterize TrHSFB2a, TrOXI1 and TrIAA27 genes from white clover.
