报告人简介:
Asif Ali, specialized in the apical spikelet development and anther cuticle formation in rice. He has cloned two novel genes which control the spikelet development in rice. OsSUBSrP1 regulates wax and cutin while OsUCH4 controls the tapetum plastid/elaioplast development. He has published several 9 articles ranking in TOP Q1 and Q2 with a total impact factor of 39.619 in his postdoc tenure. His highest impact factor article was in 10.479.
Asif Ali,主要研究水稻的顶端小穗发育和花药角质层形成。克隆了两个控制水稻小穗发育的新基因OsSUBSrP1和OsUCH4,其中OsSUBSrP1调节蜡和角质,而OsUCH4控制绒毡层质体/角质层的发育。博士后在站期间,共发表了9篇排名第一和第二的文章,总影响因子为39.619。单篇最高影响因子为10.479。
